Guests are to pre-book their preferred shuttle timeslot via the provided link. Each timeslot has a limited capacity and cannot guarantee that groups will travel together.
Guests are to arrive for their pre-booked transfer 15 minutes prior to departure. If you are late for the transfer, you will forfeit your ticket and may not be able to accommodate you at an alternate timeslot.
The event organisers and sponsors reserve the right to amend or cancel the shuttle times or pickup locations. Any such changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp prior to the start of the event.
While every effort is made to maintain scheduled times, delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure you board the correct shuttle for your route or destination - There will be signage with event schedules at various locations, and will also be available on the Be-Local APP.
No food or open alcohol may be consumed on the shuttle vehicles.
The shuttle service and event organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Please keep your personal items secure at all times.
Use of the shuttle service is at your own risk. By boarding, passengers acknowledge that the organisers and operators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during transit.
